New Bike Maintenance

We're stoked you're riding your new bike! To help make it feel as good as the day you bought it, we offer one in store, complimentary tune up. This offer is good for 6 months after the date of purchase

Returns

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly to discuss your options. We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Any unauthorized returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

 

In order for an item to be eligible for return, it must be returned unused, free of wear and tear and in original packaging.

Bike Shipping Policy

Bikes are tough to ship. Prices vary for each destination we ship too. Shipping rates are calculated using UPS. If you are not satisfied with a shipping rate, please contact us to receive a quote from another one of our carriers.
